Base pay range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year.

As a Service Manager in the Construction industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. You will manage commercial roofing projects, oversee documents, estimates, inspections, scopes, and proposals, and handle project management, job site management, and operations management. The role requires a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a passion for construction.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Manage commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
• Plan, organize, and set objectives and goals for the team.
• Ensure accurate flow of documents, estimates, inspections, scopes, and proposals.
• Act as Site Superintendent and Construction Manager on job sites.
• Drive sales to secure new business and maintain relationships.
• Implement project plans to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in construction.
• Proven experience managing a service department.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience as Site Superintendent and Construction Manager.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent organizational and motivational abilities.
  
  Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in construction.
• Passion for construction and desire to grow the company.
