Overview
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day field operations primarily for school construction and renovation projects. This role ensures that work progresses safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with all district standards and regulatory requirements. The Superintendent serves as the on‑site leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing logistics, maintaining quality, and working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and school administrators.

Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site construction activities for K–12 school projects, including new construction, renovations, additions, and facility upgrades.

- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment to ensure high-quality and timely execution of work.
- Facilitate regular site meetings with subcontractors, design teams, and district representatives.
