KHI Medical is a growing medical construction company specializing in renovating operating rooms and installing surgical equipment nationwide. We are looking for a construction foreman who can manage small renovation teams, oversee equipment installations, and ensure on‑site activities stay on schedule. Based in Louisville, KY.

• Lead small crews on jobs ranging from equipment installation to full operating room demolition and renovation.
• Plan, communicate, execute, and debrief on all projects to maintain consistency and client trust.
• Serve as the on‑site face of KHI, providing administrative communication and client updates.
• Read blueprints and drawings and enforce building code requirements for electrical, fire suppression, medical gas, etc.
• Prepare and plan before events to facilitate efficiency on client sites.
• Manage change requests in accordance with KHI priorities (client, efficiency, safety).
• Provide consistent updates in person, via e‑mail, and online; debrief with crew, management, and client.

• Education
  :
  High School diploma;
  College degree preferred.
• Experience
  :
  Three years in a leadership role; ability to travel 80% or more of the time.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Familiarity with hand and power tools; knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and low‑voltage systems.
• Construction Knowledge
  :
  Ability to read plans, decipher instructions, assess scope changes, and request change orders.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Ability to work in crouched or kneeling positions, confined spaces, and lift 70 pounds.
• Availability
  :
  Must work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones nationwide.
• Computer Proficiency
  :
  Google Drive, Google Calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, e‑mail, and internet.

• Starting salary $60k–$85k based on experience.
