Job Description
Responsibilities- Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site.
- Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
- Walk all units on the project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Schedule and conduct weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work.
- Communicate issues of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept clean and organized.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction or multi-family housing.
- Proficiency in change order and subcontractor management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Procore, Autodesk Build, and Smartsheet.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for entering time and communication by email.
- Preferred:
Successfully completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-hour courses.
This is a site-based role for local projects within a 3-hour radius. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, encouraging innovation and growth. All departments are broken into teams to promote mentorship and collaboration within the office, which is located in a great space in the heart of Louisville.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $52.00/hr.
