If you’re a strategic storyteller who knows how to make a celebrity brand sound iconic, a wellness brand feel authentic, and a B2B giant feel human, we want to talk.
The RoleThis isn't just a “management” job. It’s a maker job.
You’ll be the architect of the creator economy for our clients, working with a world‑class in‑house crew of art directors, photographers, and media executives to build content that actually moves culture. You have access to our proprietary Brand Roadmaps and Voice Equalizers – tools that help you hone in on a brand’s soul so you can write social copy that resonates.
One hour you’re scripting for a celebrity spirits brand; the next, you’re translating high‑stakes B2B technology into a compelling, human story.
You’ll be the point person for identifying, vetting, and negotiating with creators. You’re not just sending contracts – you’re building relationships and briefing talent to ensure they represent our brands perfectly.
Write with RangeYou are the headliner for our social copy. You’ll use our voice tools to write everything from pithy Tik Tok captions for celebrities to human‑centric thought leadership for B2B innovators.
You’ll work with our account experts to build big‑picture social strategies that don’t just look good, but actually drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with ProsYou’ll brief our in‑house visual team (the best in the business) to ensure the words and visuals are 1:1 – and built to perform across platforms.
What Else You Bring to the Table Platform & Paid SavvyYou have hands‑on experience with paid social, creator amplification, and the tools that power modern social media platforms. You understand how organic and paid work together, and how to scale creator content to drive real performance.
Creator & Compliance FluencyYou’re familiar with creator contracts, usage rights, FTC disclosures, whitelisting, and platform‑specific guidelines. You know how to protect brands while empowering creators to do their best work.
Who You Are A Culture JunkieYou know which creators are rising, which trends are dying, and how to navigate the nuance of different platforms (Tik Tok, Linked In, Instagram, and beyond).
A Master of ToneYou have an ear for language. You can pivot from high‑energy celebrity to trusted wellness expert without breaking a sweat.
5+ Years of ExperienceYou’ve been in the game long enough to know how agencies work—but you’re still hungry to disrupt the status quo. You have a proven track record of managing creator budgets and writing social content that performs.
A B2B TranslatorYou aren’t afraid of technical industries. You see the challenge of making manufacturing, banking, or technology feel human – and you enjoy solving that puzzle.
How We WorkThis is a hybrid role, balancing in‑office collaboration with flexibility. We believe the best work happens when smart people come together – especially when collaborating closely with creative, strategy and account teams.
Travel is part of the roleYou should expect occasional travel for client needs, creator shoots and industry events such as expos, conferences or on‑site activations. These moments are critical to building strong client and creator relationships and bringing big ideas to life.
