• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and quality standards
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in work schedule

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously
