Job Description About the RoleThe Dermatology - Independent Practice Track is designed for innovative medical professionals who are eager to blend clinical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit. The primary goal of this role is to develop and implement new healthcare solutions that enhance patient care. Candidates will have the opportunity to establish a physician group and lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery with MedCBO’s support for the startup and ongoing business aspects of the practice.
This position focuses on patient care while emphasizing strategic planning and business development within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future through innovative practices and solutions.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Dermatology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
- Demonstrated experience.
- Experience in healthcare entrepreneurship or business development.
- Previous leadership roles in clinical settings.
- Establish and maintain a new physician practice with the guidance and services of MedCBO.
- Provide high‑quality medical care to patients in a fast‑paced environment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement innovative practices that improve patient care.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and needs in services.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote new initiatives and secure necessary resources.
