* Basic Qualifications:

** 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC, water heating, or related consumer/industrial products businesses. Strong analytical and strategic planning capability; proven ability to drive results through metrics and financial rigor. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a matrixed environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong bias for action, courage to challenge assumptions, and ability to lead through ambiguity.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Experience leading modular product portfolios, connected product strategies, or digitally enabled customer solutions. Experience in cost optimization, value engineering, or Lean process improvement. Proven ability to simplify complex business processes and accelerate decision-making.
