Responsibilities- ASAC ‐ ongoing
- Clinic Monday ‐ Friday
- Night and weekend call
- 18 PPD on average
- 75% Hem and 25% Onc
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, DEA Certificate - BC
- KY license or IMLC
