• Teaching English
  • Conduct 20-25 English lessons per week, emphasizing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  • Implement engaging and creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and enjoyment.
  • Develop lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students at the assigned grade level.
• Classroom Management
  • Establish and maintain a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Set clear expectations and guidelines to promote a structured and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaboration & Professional Development
  • Work closely with fellow teachers to exchange ideas and enhance instructional methods.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, school activities, and collaborative projects.
  • Engage in training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on effective teaching practices.
  • Adapt lesson plans as needed to better address students’ learning needs.
• Monitoring Student Progress
  • Regularly assess student learning through quizzes, activities, and assignments.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Communicate with parents to keep them informed about their child’s academic development.
• Additional Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during break times or lunch as required.
  • Assist with school events and perform other duties assigned by the administration.

• Bachelors in English or Education Required
• Experience in Education or working with kids is preferred.
• A deep love and commitment to following the ways of Jesus.
