JOB TYPE:Part-time

JOB SUMMARY:

The Ballet Instructor prepares and teaches a ballet class.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The employee in this position will have the following essential job functions:

• Instruct weekly classes to dancers ages 2-12 depending on the class level.
• Follow Bella Ballet curriculum teaching ballet appropriate to the class level.
• Enforce Health and Recreation Center policies and procedures when necessary .
• Attend trainings and meetings throughout the semester.
• Help with Rehearsal and Recital.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION:

The person in this position should have a dance background either in performing or instructing.

EXPERIENCE:

The person in this position should have experience in dance or performing arts.
