Job SummaryThe Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education Program in the Behavioral Social Sciences Division of Jefferson Community and Technical College has openings to teach online or hybrid classes.
Job DutiesThe primary responsibilities of these positions are to teach courses, maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students, success and retention activities, and utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for course work, communication, and feedback. May meet once or twice a week depending on class mode. Online classes are currently asynchronous.
Please note that this is an adjunct pool. We will only contact applicants as needed for classes.
Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required.
Preferred QualificationsPrefer candidates who have experience with learning management systems.
