• Lead the classroom for early learners, creating a supportive and engaging environment.
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood standards.
• Collaborate with staff to support student growth and family engagement.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean classroom environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• High school diploma, additional early childhood coursework or a CDA in progress is preferred.
• 3+ years of child care experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is required.
• Meet all state, federal, and ELA guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.

• Competitive pay ($15.50 - $18.00 per hour).
