Montessori Torah Academy is seeking a Montessori Floater to support the lead teacher in a welcoming, student-centered classroom for ages 2-12. The role involves assisting with setup, behavior guidance, and fostering independent, collaborative learning.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a classroom setting, a High School Diploma, and 6 ECE units, with Montessori knowledge or willingness to learn. Schedule is Mon-Fri in a full-time/part-time arrangement for the year.
