We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Cost Estimator/Scheduler to help achieve our company mission. This person will be part of the Project Controls team responsible for determining the cost and value of the projects C&I takes on.

• Prepare cost estimates and schedules for industrial clients in refining, chemical, distilled spirits, and other industries.
• Transfer events into a sequential work schedule using software with minor direction.
• Input data into appropriate software accurately and perform analysis for estimates and schedules.
• Translate cost and schedule information into cost reports and cash flows.
• Identify change, scope, and quantity variances.
• Print, review, assemble, and compile estimates and prepare designated portions of budgets as directed by senior personnel.
• Use effective communication systems to coordinate project-related information with other C&I personnel, clients, and vendors.
• Create manual and computerized schedules.

• Associate’s degree in a business‑related field such as accounting, business, engineering, construction, or related field and twelve years of related experience.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Icarus, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word and Excel.

• Proficient in providing strong customer service to clients and project teams.
• Experience in construction estimating or management.
• Strong communication skills to convey service and project information to clients and teams.
• Ability to collaborate with others to identify schedules, activities, logic, duration, and sequences.
