Responsibilities- Maintain and service building systems and utilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) in a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and building code requirements (OSHA, NFPA, EPA).
- Support contractors and vendors for facility system upgrades, maintenance and emergency response.
- Maintain documentation and records of maintenance activities, work orders and safety checks.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities or related engineering/technical field.
- 5+ years’ experience in facility or building system maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical or fire/life safety systems.
- Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour General Industry Certification
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Electrical Safety Training
- NFPA fire protection awareness or technician training
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
