We are looking for a Civil Engineer (PE), Bridge Engineer, Project Manager (Bridge) to join the Structure Team
! This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas.

The Bridge Project Manager will be an integral part of our Structures/Bridge Group through leading projects in Missouri, providing bridge design, detailed bridge inspections, and recommendations for repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Support structural engineering projects by creating scope and budgets, directing the design, and coordinating work with other staff and design team members.
• Analyze and design transportation-related structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and sign structure foundations.
• Serve as a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local officials.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Work collaboratively with Service Leaders, Project Engineers, and other team members to develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Document findings from visual and physical bridge inspections.
• Assess and analyze bridges, noting severity of damage, deterioration, load-carrying capacity and weight inspections.
• Advise on immediate repair and long-term strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required. Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Certification is required (in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, or Missouri).
• Proficient with Micro Station and ORD platforms.
• Highly proficient with structural analysis and design software.
• Strong knowledge of bridge construction materials (Steel, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Precast Prestressed Concrete), construction methods, structural inspections, and construction document preparation.
• Knowledge with preparation and review of Engineering Plans and Specifications to ensure that all aspects of project implementation are clearly conveyed.

Details:

• This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% onsite in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas.
• Shift: Days, Monday - Friday.
