This position is at the intersection of technical expertise and customer engagement
, driving the successful adoption of advanced technologies across OEMs and tier suppliers. You'll work closely with engineering teams, R&D, and manufacturing to deliver solutions that meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with OEMs and tier suppliers to implement elastomer solutions for new automotive programs.
- Partner with internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality, sales) to ensure product feasibility and market alignment.
- Deliver technical presentations, webinars, and industry insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Manage projects from concept through launch, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Stay ahead of automotive trends, standards, and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in automotive product engineering or technical sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% (domestic & international).
