• Contribute and lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver world‑class projects
• Effectively lead project tasks and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client and all stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the projects
• Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships
• Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in KY
• Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution, including field, office, and personal environments

Here’s what you’ll need.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects and related construction activities
• Demonstrated experience with project management, staff management, and/or business development
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work with multi‑disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Current KY PE or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months.

• Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
• 15+ years of related experience in the water/wastewater industry.
• Recent experience working with clients in the KY market.
