Akkodis is seeking an Engineering Technician for a 2 year W2 contract position with a client in Louisville, Kentucky. This position will be performing mechanical testing on testing of water valves, filters, and solenoid valves. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.

Rate Range: $24.00/hour to $26.00/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineering Technician job responsibilities include:

• This position will be performing mechanical testing on testing of water valves, filters, and solenoid valves.
• Will be entering test data / results into Excel to generate reports.
• This will mostly be mechanical type work.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree, two-year technical degree, or military equivalent.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and must have experience using both hand tools and power tools.
• Must have experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Have basic computer skills.
