Job Overview

Ingenium Talent has partnered with a Louisville-based organization to fill a full‑time Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer position. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions across the enterprise with a strong emphasis on Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.

All candidates must be local to the Louisville, KY area and comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement, meaning onsite presence at least three days per week.

• Executes infrastructure projects aligned with business and IT strategic goals, with emphasis on Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 administration, and enterprise networking.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support the design and implementation of secure, high‑performance solutions.
• Provides Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Supports infrastructure‑related activities, cloud‑ or on‑premises, including networking, server, operating system, or security‑related tasks.
• Expands cloud services to the enterprise in collaboration with other IT roles and business stakeholders.
• Maintains and optimizes cloud environments, including identity management, hypervisors, Azure services, endpoint configuration, and network performance.

• 6+ years of experience in IT engineering or infrastructure roles, with hands‑on expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking.
• 4+ years in executing complex cloud‑ and infrastructure projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, and networking (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA Network+) are strongly preferred.
