Engineering Co-Op

We are looking for an Engineering Co-Op eager to work hands on with cross-functional teams, understand baseline processes and help build out improved processes for the future of PJFS operations. The Engineering co-op position will also be exposed to contract and OEM groups to conduct critical field level changes across the PJFS portfolio. An Ideal candidate will have some manufacturing experience and exposure to data analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage leaders and become familiar with operations in PJFS and QCCs
• Assist in construction training materials such as standardized work, and job aids for site operations.
• Help to maintain structure for documentation repository and help build long term plan for central web based access page.
• Work with metrics development team to understand how metrics are built and to help develop instructions for running various reports.
