Finance Manager

An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Louisville, KY area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Finance Manager with a background in the Commercial Construction industry
. This position would earn a generous six-figure base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Create and review General Ledger, manage the processing/summarizing of AP, AR, bills, labor and job costing, employee expenses and both union/non-union payroll.
• Review and analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and provide financial analysis and communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Evaluate/develop project KPI metrics/tracking, and reporting.
• Support initiatives related to financial reporting and processing system improvements.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Financial Analysis and Reporting/Processing experience in the Construction industry.
• A comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, AP/AR, Job Cost Billing, General Ledger, Month-end, and Year-end close MUST.
• Experience overseeing multiple large projects at $100-200M in the US is a MUST.
• Experience evaluating procedures and systems including compliance and developing KPI metrics/tracking, and reporting is a MUST.
• Experience with MS Excel including V-Lookup and PIVOT tables is a MUST.
• Viewpoint, Jonas, Cosential, Bridge or related software is a PLUS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related is a MUST.
