Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets/$$$/Continuous learning and development opportunities).

• Oversee fixed assets, including tracking, recording, and depreciation schedules.
• Conduct internal audits for accurate financial transaction recording and compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, reports on changes in financial position).
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Conduct variance analysis for revenues and expenditures to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring the general ledger is accurate and up-to-date.
• Carry out the end‑of‑year close process, preparing the organization for the upcoming fiscal year.
• Collaborate with the finance team to review and improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts and participate in ongoing strategic planning.
• Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases, and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Exceptional analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and create actionable reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, prioritizing tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, communicating complex financial information clearly.
• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in a hybrid working environment is a plus.
