Sr Financial Analyst

Growing Manufacturing firm in the Bardstown area (south of louisville) is looking for a Financial Analyst. This is a full‑time position with competitive salary and benefits.

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track business performance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze financial results against budget and forecast, and provide variance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis
• Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations for business growth

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a consumer goods company
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
