Our dynamic and fast‑growing company is seeking an experienced and professional Controller to join our Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual with 5+ years of managerial accounting and financial management experience.

• Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports accurately and timely.
• Clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the executive management.
• Overseeing the financial planning and budgeting processes for the company.
• Managing cash flow and forecasting; directing all financial, project‑based, and departmental accounting.
• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Coordinating year‑end close and reconciling processes.
• Performing ad‑hoc analysis and projects as requested.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA) is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience with a proven track record of success.
• Solid experience in Excel modeling and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
