We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist – Advisor Support to join our financial advisory team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, supporting advisors with meeting preparation, trading assistance, and client follow-up. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional client experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and visual aids.
- Update and maintain client data in CRM systems.
- Assist with trade execution, account rebalancing, and cash management.
- Monitor accounts for drift, excess cash, and trading opportunities.
- Manage post-meeting follow-up and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Support compliance and operational processes to maintain regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or trading.
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts preferred.
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
- Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
