This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, supporting advisors with meeting preparation, trading assistance, and client follow-up. • Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and visual aids.
• Update and maintain client data in CRM systems.
• Assist with trade execution, account rebalancing, and cash management.
• Monitor accounts for drift, excess cash, and trading opportunities.
• Manage post-meeting follow-up and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Support compliance and operational processes to maintain regulatory standards.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or trading.
• Familiarity with financial planning concepts preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
• Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
