Hours: Full Time. Our offices are open Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm. Some earlier/later hours may be needed.
Travel: Travel to other offices as needed; mileage reimbursement provided.
Training Provided: Medical/eye care experience highly preferred.

- Minimum:
High school diploma or GED - Minimum:
One year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
- COA or COT certification preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), standing (50%); bending, stooping, reaching (25–50%)
- Lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Fine motor skills; reading/writing/typing; use of technology
- Visual and auditory acuity, color and depth perception; focus adjustment
- Occasional driving or climbing may be necessary
