Massage Therapist For Anytime Fitness Linn Station Rd.

Job Summary

Anytime Fitness Linn Station Rd. is considered to be a premier place to work within the fitness industry, where we strive to help our members through coaching and community support. We are seeking part time and full time individuals who are highly motivated with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. This position will help grow our Massage Therapy department by working in a creative, fun, and upbeat atmosphere where each day is different.

We are specifically looking for someone with availability to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday and any weekday evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Massage services – Massage Therapists deliver a variety of massages that include but are not limited to the following:
Chair Assisted, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Geriatric, Injury Assessment, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Stretching, Therapeutic, Swedish and Trigger point Therapy.

Deliver Recovery sessions to gym members that include stretching, Myofascial release activities etc. to individuals or in groups.

Educator – educates clients and promotes recovery activities.

Drives Customer Satisfaction – this person drives client satisfaction through session attendance and delivery of effective massage therapy that drive positive reviews and referrals.

Engages with digital platforms to book sessions, modify appointments, track time, document services delivered, document session notes.

Goals & alignment – This person is responsible for achieving a monthly Massage Therapy revenue goal established by management team.

Actively seeks sales opportunities with existing and new clients promoting client sales growth of series and memberships.

Cleanliness – ensures facility cleanliness and tidiness. Ensures all supplies are stocked, cleaned and ready for each session.

Continued learner – demonstrates a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities and remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.

Qualifications

State licensure to be kept current and in good standing

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Massage Therapy skills are proficient and up to date
Strong ability to manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting.
Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities and goals.
Positive attitude, Strong communication skills and team player.
Flexible schedule, days / nights and weekends.
Attendance is reliable and dependable.

Preferred Requirements

1 year of paid Massage Therapy experience with references
Previous sales experience

Salary Range

Pay is based on experience, skill sets, and company need:
Therapist will earn a set percentage of each session they deliver, Commission for each sale of a series or membership and an hourly wage for any tasks completed outside of the sessions.
