We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide hands‑on assistance and emotional support to residents in our memory care community. The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease and is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well‑being and report changes to nursing leadership
• Assist with transfers and mobility, following proper safety procedures
• Support a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
• Engage residents in meaningful interactions and activities
• Follow all community policies, safety guidelines, and care plans

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with no lifting restrictions
• Background check and drug screening required at time of hire
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
• Experience working with dementia and Alzheimer’s residents strongly preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
