Must be willing to travel between two locations approximately 30 minutes apart ,
twice per week

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be clinically proficient, customer-focused, and flexible with travel between two nearby facilities. This role offers competitive compensation, strong benefits, and growth opportunities within a collaborative pharmacy environment.

Schedule & Hours
  • 8-hour shifts

  • Facility operating hours: 7:00 AM — 8:00 PM

  • Shifts will overlap with other pharmacists

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $110,000 — $135,000 annually

  • $135,000 automatically offered if candidate holds active, good-standing licenses in FL, KY, and IN

  • Bonus Opportunity: 5.77%

  • 401(k) Match: Dollar-for-dollar match ($1 for $1)

  • Training provided via shadowing with another pharmacist or Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

Required Qualifications
  • Pharm

    D or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience

  • Active pharmacist license(s)
    in good standing

  • Licensure Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in Kentucky (KY), Florida (FL), and Indiana (IN)

  • If not currently licensed in all three states, must be willing to obtain additional licenses

  • Note:

    Pharmacists with 3+ years of licensure in good standing may qualify for Florida reciprocal licensure

  • Completion of required training:

  • HIPAA

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse

  • Confidentiality training

  • Strong clinical skills, including:

  • Drug–drug interactions

  • Drug–disease interactions

  • Drug–food interactions

  • Allergy review

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Willingness and ability to travel between assigned locations

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative or multi-site pharmacy environment

  • Strong attention to detail and patient safety

  • Excellent communication and clinical judgment
