Malone Home Care: Our goal at Malone Home Care is to provide the best care possible to our clients in their own home. If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant looking for a position with flexible scheduling, you've found the right fit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the clients we serve.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility needs.
- Meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and report any changes in health, behavior or condition.
- Light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning and organizing.
- Run errands to pick up client needs or transport in client vehicle.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans and ensure all care is provided with dignity and respect.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, family members and other healthcare professionals.
- Active CNA Certification in Kentucky.
- Previous experience in home care or adult living facility.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move patients safely.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current negative TB test or chest X-ray (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Hoyer lift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 4-12 hours.
- Night shift weekends and weekdays available.
- Part-time and full-time schedule available.
- Weekly pay.
