We are hiring a Front Office Supervisor at Peachtree Group Hospitality Management

Description
The Front Office Supervisor supervises the guest services team to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest satisfaction. This role requires a professional, courteous attitude and the ability to арз to provide accurate information and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Train, direct, and coach front desk team members.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly.
- Build strong relationships with other departments such as housekeeping and reservations.
- Control cash transactions and maintain responsibility for the front desk bank.
- _Reset service recovery log and other communication logs to respond to guest comments promptly.
- Assist with staffing needs and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of market sales, order supplies, and inventory control.
Must have flexibility to work nights and weekends.
