Description

SUMMARY: The SAP Cloud Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive administration and support of the SAP cloud landscape, encompassing SAP for Me, application monitoring, and identity services. This role oversees the management of 21 cloud-based SAP products and 61 SAP systems, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless user experience. Key responsibilities include configuring and monitoring SAP Cloud Identity Services, coordinating upgrades and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and fostering continuous improvement through process analysis and automation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Responsible for SAP cloud landscape administration, support, security, and operations of SAP platform products (SAP for Me, Cloud ALM, BTP, etc).
  • Manage day-to-day operations of SAP platform environment and platform tools, including user administration and system monitoring (KPIs, SLAs, and Usage metrics).
  • Configure and monitor SAP Cloud Identity Services – including Identity Authentication Service, Identity Provisioning Service, and Identity Access Governance.
  • Coordinate cloud upgrade schedules, maintenance, alerts, and deployment life cycles.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with cross-system SAP platform capabilities, including tier 1 support for SAP products.
  • Ensure compliance and audit procedures are followed according to regulations and CDI standards across all SAP products in close collaboration with functional teams.
  • Provide oversight and maintenance of data functions relevant to the SAP landscape, for reporting and shared data models.
  • Promote continuous improvement and assess effectiveness of applications and systems using process analysis and automation.
  • Design and implement strategies for effective management and governance for audit, security, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation, technical guides, user acceptance testing scripts and project status updates.
  • Perform unit, integration, and regression tests and document results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.
  • Other duties as required.

REGULATORY:

Ability to obtain racing and/or gaming licenses as required in any jurisdiction where CDI operates. The Gaming industry is highly regulated and as such demands an extensive background check to obtain a license. Must be 21 years of age or older.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Cloud Platform Certification, or similar) are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP administration, including cloud-based SAP solutions and platform management or Basis administration.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services, including Identity Authentication Service, Identity Provisioning Service, and Identity Access Governance.
  • Proven expertise in managing and supporting SAP landscapes, including monitoring and troubleshooting SAP systems and cross‑system integrations.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools, KPIs, SLAs, and usage metrics reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, including maintenance, upgrade coordination, and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with process analysis, automation tools, and scripting for continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to SAP systems.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and regression testing, including writing and maintaining test scripts.
