Senior Learning Designer - IT Associate Skilling

This role is part of Humana's learning and development for IT associates, focusing on identifying performance and knowledge gaps and designing, delivering, and scaling learning experiences.
Base pay range: $71,100.00/yr - $97,800.00/yr.
Key Responsibilities- Independently conduct all learning activities from needs analysis to design, development, and delivery.
- Design, plan, and deliver/facilitate training on topics including Cloud and other IT associate needed skills.
- Partner with Associate Director to develop, refine, and prioritize the skilling roadmap.
- Report progress to stakeholders and manage intake process for learning requests.
- Provide LMS support and manage learning tool license administration.
- Consult on learning requests and support IT Learning Week.
- Respond to emails from the team mailbox.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, Adult Education, or comparable experience.
- 5+ years designing and delivering learning solutions, including e‑learning modules and facilitated learning for technical audiences.
- 3+ years facilitating engaging in‑person and virtual learning experiences.
- Proven ability to communicate learning approaches and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated project management skills with timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Track record of training design, development, and implementation across various methods.
- Proficiency creating and editing multimedia learning assets using Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning platforms such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Experience managing courses in Cornerstone OnDemand or similar LMS.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of eLearning standards, Adult Learning Theory, and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Certification in instructional design tools or methodologies (ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick).
- Experience in IT environments and/or supporting IT associates.
Travel may be required for events.
