Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Databricks AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team focused on Cyber Security.
This role involves designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions using Databricks, OpenAI APIs, and modern cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and generative AI, and will contribute to high-impact projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI/ML pipelines on Databricks, including compute orchestration and Unity Catalog integration.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models, including hyperparameter tuning and performance monitoring.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs to support NLP, LLMs, and generative AI solutions.
- Lead computer vision initiatives, including OCR-based automation and document intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable data science solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across analytics workflows.
- Contribute to scalable system design using Python or Java.
- Analyze large datasets and develop visualizations and reports to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Minimum 5 years of professional Python programming experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks, including compute orchestration and workload automation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience integrating and developing solutions with OpenAI and LLM APIs.
- At least 3 years of experience in applied machine learning, from research to production deployment.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs and computer vision, particularly OCR technologies.
- Strong experience with Git Hub and version control systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data engineering, including ETL, pipeline development, and data modeling.
- Prior exposure to Service Now (e.g., CMDB, Sec Ops).
- Candidates will contribute to at least four of the following initiatives:
- Vulnerability Analysis at Scale – GenAI using GPT-4.0 & GPT-4 Mini.
- DGPO Data Quality – Machine Learning with hyperparameter tuning.
- PIRC Automation – GenAI using GPT-4.0 & GPT-4 Mini.
- IAE Email System – GenAI using GPT-4.0 & GPT-4 Mini.
- Dynamic Data Classification/Masking – Using Presidio.
- Dynamic Meta Generation – AI Assistant across Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Contract Technology Requirement Analysis – GenAI using GPT-4.0 & GPT-4 Mini.
- Predictive Intelligence – Forecasting for IT Ops using Neural Prophet, Prophet, or SARIMA.
