Brooksource is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated IAM Specialist to join the Access Management Team at our Fortune 50 Healthcare Client. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing critical support to end-users across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless access to systems and resolving technical issues with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and efficient resolution of end-user issues, including account access and password resets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers/members with professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management and assist users in navigating system features.
- Document and manage tickets through the Service Now platform, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up on all requests.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now) and call management platforms (e.g., Avaya).
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability will be extremely important in this role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to non-technical users.

- Familiarity with network environments and basic IT support functions.
