TPM Salesforce

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC).

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support TPM processes within Salesforce while integrating with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

This role requires both functional and technical proficiency to deliver optimized TPM solutions and ensure seamless operations across environments.

• Configure and manage TPM features such as Promotions, Trade Planning, CBP (Customer Business Plans), and KPIs.
• Implement CGC features including Planning, Account Hierarchies, and Product Assortment management.
• Maintain TPM configurations and troubleshoot data/integration issues.
• Customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components related to TPM.
• Manage Apex batch jobs, scheduled flows, and LWC components.
• Support data refresh, migration, and environment alignment across Sandbox, UAT, and Production.

• Integrate TPM data with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud for a unified customer view.
• Support account planning, trade spend tracking, and campaign performance insights.

• Translate promotion strategies into system functionality.
• Validate change requests and maintain documentation for TPM configurations and flows.
• Identify optimization opportunities in promotion planning and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce release updates and CG Cloud best practices.

• 4–8 years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM.
• Strong understanding of TPM components:
  Promotions, Tactics, CBP, Claims, KPIs, Trade Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes and release management.

• Salesforce Certified Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
