Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion financial systems. Document and streamline business processes to align with organizational goals. Facilitate the integration of financial systems with other business applications, focusing on modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Participate in system testing to ensure alignment with business needs and technical specifications. Contribute to financial system projects by providing data insights and supporting change management initiatives.

• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or financial systems, particularly with Oracle Fusion.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion financial systems, including integration of key modules.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
