SQL Engineer with deep expertise in MongoDB and Neo4j
, combined with strong cloud and Dev Ops experience. This role is focused on managing, automating, and scaling our No

SQL data platforms to support internal teams and new customer onboarding. You will play a critical role in ensuring platform reliability, performance, and cost optimization while enabling developers to seamlessly integrate No

SQL solutions into their workflows.

• Strong experience with MongoDB (Atlas preferred, Enterprise optional) and Neo4j
  .
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms
  , primarily Azure and GCP
  .
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS or GKE preferred) and containerized deployments; familiarity with Docker and image registries.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
  , including automation using Python and Terraform.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, document processes, and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Passion for improving platform scalability, reliability, and developer enablement.
• Familiarity with deployment tools like ArgoCD is a plus.

• Automate the deployment, configuration, and scaling of Mongo
  
  DB clusters and Neo4j instances, ensuring high availability, security, and monitoring.
• Support onboarding of new users and customers onto Neo4j, including AKS deployment and containerized image management.
• Collaborate with internal developers to integrate No
  
  SQL databases into CI/CD pipelines, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Implement automation for backup management, lifecycle operations, and platform performance monitoring.
• Optimize costs and resources by managing backup retention, monitoring usage, and tuning performance.
• Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing to elevate team-wide understanding of No
  
  SQL systems.

• Experience with ArgoCD
  , Liquibase
  , or other CI/CD deployment tools.
• Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory for image management.
• Prior experience in automating cloud-native database deployments at scale
