We are Accenture’s SAP practice, industry‑leader in building SAP solutions, focusing on digital transformation in the Industrial Equipment industry through cloud‑based and AI‑enabled solutions.

The role involves leading SAP functional transformation programs, guiding clients through the development of business cases, roadmaps, solution architecture, and delivery of SAP solutions.

• Engage with senior client executives on business challenges/trends and potential value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases & roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner solutions.
• Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on latest industry and technology best practices with a focus on SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, achieving transformational roadmaps onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership, staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
• Be a thought leader, build assets, best practices, and develop transformation experts.

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Delivery Lead, accountable for large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Industrial.
• Minimum 8 years leading SAP transformation programs for Industrial clients; SAP support / managed services experience not considered.
• Minimum 4 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Industrial Clients.
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50‑100 people) in a global delivery model.
• Prior experience in Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience);
  Associate’s Degree with equivalent 6‑year work experience.

Travel may be required. Amount varies from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Compensation varies by location and level. Salary ranges:

• California: $132,500 to $338,300
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
• Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
• Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
• New York/New Jersey: $122,700 to $338,300
• Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
