: $106,900 – $176,500 per year

In this role, you will design and build analytics solutions that deliver significant business value. You will collaborate with other data and analytics professionals, management, and stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements align with business needs. Your responsibilities include creating scalable data models and solutions that support the entire data asset lifecycle.

• Lead the design and development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) using Kimball dimensional methodology.
• Design and implement star schemas and support enterprise BI and reporting requirements with high performance and query efficiency.
• Define and model Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), emphasizing SCD Type 2.
• Collaborate to determine appropriate grain for fact tables and measurable facts.
• Design highly denormalized dimension structures for user-friendly querying.
• Work with stakeholders to align data models with business needs.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
• Identify and resolve data model performance issues.
• Manage and guide a small team of 1‑3 resources.
• Document and communicate data model designs and standards.
• Prepare detailed source-to-target mapping and ETL/ELT specifications.
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends in data modeling.
• Guide team on implementing data modeling techniques such as Kimball’s dimensional modeling.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data analysis and business intelligence.
• Utilize industry-standard modeling tools (Erwin, Power Designer, ER/Studio) and manage version control.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 7+ years of hands‑on data modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of SQL and Kimball dimensional modeling.
• Experience with enterprise relational databases or cloud data warehouses (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT architecture, data quality, and metadata management.
• Mastery of SCD Type 2 and familiarity with other SCD types.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical data models.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools (Erwin, Visio, Power Designer).
• Experience designing and implementing database structures.
• Performance tuning of database queries.
• Cloud certification an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge in Hospitality Domain is mandatory.

• Experience supervising and guiding junior team members.
• Experience in sales opportunities and RFP responses.
• Cloud knowledge and/or certification (preferably Azure DP‑203).
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
• Spanish speaking.
• Italian speaking.

• Competitive base salary range of $106,900 – $176,500 per year (geographic variations apply).
