Join us to help modernize and digitize sourcing processes. In this role, you will support the transformation of how data moves through our sourcing organization by reducing manual work, improving visibility, and enabling data-driven decision making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, support system improvements, and help build the foundation for a more connected and automated sourcing ecosystem.

How You’ll Create PossibilitiesKey Responsibilities Process Analysis and Workflow Support (25%)
- Partner with senior team members to document current sourcing processes, tools, and data flows.
- Identify bottlenecks, manual steps, and opportunities for automation or simplification.
- Assist in developing future-state workflow diagrams and recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Help define how sourcing data should be structured, connected, and governed across systems.
- Support efforts to build a centralized single source of truth using data lake principles.
- Assist with documenting data lineage, business rules, and master data requirements.
- Work with analysts and DT partners to validate data accuracy and quality.
- Work with buyers, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand challenges and translate them into clear requirements.
- Contribute to the development of user stories, process requirements, and design specifications.
- Support roadmap planning for analytics tools, reporting solutions, and sourcing systems.
- Assist in developing training materials, job aids, and walkthroughs for new tools and digital platforms.
- Help gather user feedback, track adoption metrics, and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Contribute to communication plans that support data-driven sourcing practices.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in digital sourcing, automation, AI, and analytics.
- Support pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to test new technologies and process improvements.
- Help analyze results and prepare recommendations for scaling or iteration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to map and redesign complex business processes involving multiple systems.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Experience defining data models, master data, and business rules.
- Working knowledge of ERP, procurement, CLM, and BI tools; exposure to cloud data platforms.
