Analyst - Oracle Fusion

Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid)
Rate: $40–$47/hr on W-2 ( No C2C )
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financial Systems or other cloud-based ERP platforms . This role partners with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, support integrations, and assist with testing and documentation efforts.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in IT business analysis with helpful exposure to accounting or financial processes . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows for Oracle Fusion Financial Systems .

• Document current-state and future-state processes to support business and financial objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment of requirements.

• Support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) , and related components.

• Assist with analysis and support of system integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.

• Provide functional support for system enhancements and ongoing optimization efforts.

• Support system and user acceptance testing to validate business and technical requirements.

• Assist with creation of process documentation, functional specifications, and end-user training materials .

• Help validate system changes and support deployment readiness.

• Support financial systems initiatives by providing analysis, data, and insights.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with change management activities.

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support successful project delivery.
