** L&D Business Analyst
** to join their team. As an  
** L&D Business Analyst** , you will be part of the  
** Learning & Development Organization
** supporting  
** L&D, Technology, Operations, and LMS Vendor Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities
** which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $60hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

+ Document current-state and future-state business processes related to LMS transformation initiatives.

+ Analyze workflows and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

+ Develop and execute Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

+ Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful LMS implementation and adoption.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.

+ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.

+ Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable enterprise software platforms.

+

Experience with requirements gathering, business process documentation, and process mapping.

+

Experience with Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
