Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Secure Chat Analyst with VoIP experience to support an implementation project in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience implementing Epic Secure Chat and a strong understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies within a healthcare environment.

This is a minimum six-month contract with potential extensions. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite attendance required for key project milestones, meetings, or go-live support.

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic Secure Chat.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, telecommunications, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with existing healthcare communication systems.
• Apply VoIP knowledge to support communication workflows, connectivity, and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution across technical and application teams.
• Support testing, go‑live readiness, and post‑implementation activities as needed.
• Participate in project meetings and attend onsite milestone events when required.

• Hands‑on implementation experience with Epic Secure Chat
