- Prepare and file a wide range of family-based immigration petitions, including:
- Adjustment of Status (AOS)
- I-130 Petitions
- Waivers (I-601, I-601A)
- U Visas
- SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status)
- DS-260 Consular Processing
- Naturalization (N-400)
- Affirmative Asylum
- VAWA
- I-129F finance visa
- Conduct client intakes and gather supporting documentation.
- Draft USCIS forms, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
- Track deadlines and follow up with clients and government agencies.
- Maintain accurate records in Docketwise and internal systems.
- Communicate with clients in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Support documentation of SOPs and contribute to workflow improvements.
- Have strong organizational skills and utilize approved AI tools for process enhancements.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on family-based cases. - Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Docketwise and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SharePoint or is a plus. - Language:
Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. - Client-Focused:
Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and able to communicate with empathy and clarity. - Team Player:
Works well under supervision and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Starting $50,000.00 annual salary
- Salary and bonus review after 6 months.
