• Handle a variety of commercial real estate matters, including:
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Leasing (landlord and tenant)
  • Financing and development
  • Due diligence and closings
• Work closely with clients, partners, and teammates — no disappearing into a corner office required
• Take ownership of files while still having support when you need it

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Licensed in Kentucky
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Someone who values professionalism and personality
• A team player who enjoys a smaller‑firm environment

• Low billable hour requirements (yes, really)
