The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to reside and serve the Louisville, Kentucky market

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $190,000
, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

• Quarterly objective bonus
• Annual subjective bonus
